In addition to the excellent selection for the size of the store, I really like that Scotty gives such wonderful customer service! I was a little broke recently but wanted a decent (yet inexpensive, hopefully) bourbon for some yummy hot toddies and he gave me a fantastic recommend, so I wouldn't end up with something I wasn't happy with. He hasn't steered me wrong yet (I've gone there off and on for years), and is super knowledgeable about all of their product and doesn't just field questions but gives thoughtful comparisons of different brands without having to be asked to do so. Even if I lived across town I'd come here for spirits because I am so impressed with his commitment to making people happy and generally friendly personality. Keep up the good work, dude! When we went to Trader Joe's earlier in the day, they didn't have any hards. Needless to say I was disappointed. So we asked the employee at our hotel and she recommended this place as the closest. This place is truly a convenient gem. I was incredibly impressed with their wide selection of liquor, mixers, and the different sizes. Ended up getting a 5th of Tito's for myself and a smaller bottle for my coworker, and a small bottle of tequila for another coworker. Prices were very reasonable as well.
They're reliable, they always have my favorite rum in stock,,,Castillo silver rum ! As long as I live in Portland I'll be going there every month.
Great liquor store with lots of local options. I wanted to get a locally brewed vodka and there were lots of options. Can't wait to try the sweet cherry infused vodka I purchased. There was also an impressive selection of tequilas.
Dope staff with great recommendations! The prices were great too. nothing crazy like most liquor stores.
